Talks On: Man United submit €80 million to sign 21-year-old Lyon sensation

Manchester United and Manchester City both look prepared to miss out on landing Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele, as per the player’s agent.

The Daily Express claim that the Red Devils and La Liga giants FC Barcelona have been closely monitoring the France international’s progress this term with a view to tabling an offer when the next window reopens.

ESPN suggest that the Etihad giant are also pursuing the 21-year-old, but his agent Duro Ivanisevic has now claimed that he would favour to see his client sign for Serie A side Napoli, with his present market value set at about €80 million.
