Man United ‘flop’ tipped for early departure from Old Trafford

According to reports emanating from France, Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are allegedly planning to make an offer for Manchester United attacker Alexis Sanchez next campaign.

The Chile international forward has endured a rather difficult start to his Manchester United career, scoring on four occasions in 26 matches in all competitions since his transfer from North London giants Arsenal during the winter transfer window.

The former Barcelona forward has since fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford due to his below-par performances, with the likes of France international attacker Anthony Martial and England international Marcus Rashford having moved above the South American by Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho.

The form of the France international attacker in particular is thought to have affected Alexis Sanchez’s first-team playing chances, with the ex AS Monaco attacker netting just four goals in his past four fixtures for the side.

The South American is now allegedly considering his future at Old Trafford and the French giants are thought to be ready to offer Sanchez an escape route.

The Chileans weekly pay could possibly be a major stumbling block in transfer talks, between Paris Saint Germain and the Red Devils, with Alexis Sanchez allegedly earning about £500,000 for his services.

Meanwhile, the 20-times English champions another attacker Juan Mata has been connected with a departure from Old Trafford during the coming winter transfer window with the Spain international playmaker has less than one season remaining on his current contract.

The Red Devils have allegedly made £52.8m offer for Serie A side Fiorentina central defender Nikola Milenkovic
