According to media reports making the rounds, Premier League giants Manchester United are allegedly set to pay £134million for the signature of Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez.
The Spain international midfielder has played over 200 matches for Atletico Madrid across all competitions, and also enhanced his reputation with goals versus World Cup finalist Croatia and England for his national team during the recent FIFA international break.
The 23-year-old is a prominent figure under Atletico manager Diego Simeone, and he has a deal at the club until 2026, and as per that his buy out clause has been fixed for £134million.
However, as per OK Diario, Man United are willing and ready to pay the releace clause in order to start negotiations with the agents of the midfielder, however, the same outlet report that Premier League Chmapions Man City and Ligue 1 giant Paris Saint-Germain are also in the pursuit for his signature.
Liverpool have also been speculated with a transfer for Saul’s teammate Lucas Hernandez, who reportedly has a £72million buy out clause in his contract with the club.
