Premier League giants Arsenal are leading the race to sign 17-year-0ld Ipswich Town defender Dylan Crowe, the North Londoners are reportedly leading rivals Manchester United, German duo of Red Bull Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund for the full-back’s signature.
As per a report from Mirror Football, Arsenal are trying the hardest to sign Crowe – who has been at Ipswich Town since 12.
Ipswich Town are yet to tie the teenager to a professional contract which could see the side’s circling the sensation to land his signature for minimal compensation fee.
Dylan Crowe was part of England Under-17 setup that reached the last four of the European Championships in the summer.
Despite the north London side leading the transfer race for the youngster’s signature, the 17-year-old hot prospect could look to the impact Reiss Nelson and Jadon Sancho are having in the German Bundesliga.
The wonderkid could find senior-team playing chances easier to come by in the German Bundesliga and in doing so could speed up himself through his Nation’s youth ranks.
Recently, Reiss Nelson was invited to the England Under-21 set up for the very first time including wonderkid Jadon Sancho being given his very first senior international call-up after his brilliant start to life with German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.
Manchester United fans might not be impressed with the signing of a youngster at the moment due to the clubs less impressive start to the season, where the manager has stressed the importance of signing top class players in other to compete favourably with European heavyweights.
