“Please wake me” “Love what am seeing” Manchester United fans shed ‘tears’ after what Mourinho did to “Prodigal Son” during Stamford Bridge draw

Manchester United forward Anthony Martial enjoyed a remarkable Saturday afternoon on Saturday as his double efforts helped his side claim a valuable 2-2 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Ross Barkley’s last-minute equaliser sparked messy scenes at United’s dugout as a Chelsea backroom staff looked to goad Jose Mourinho, forcing an angry reaction from the Portuguese tactician.

However, it was Jose’s various interactions with Anthony Martial during the encounter which delighted several Manchester United supporters.

After scoring what looked to be a winning goal, Jose Mourinho was obviously glad with his attacker.

Jose was seen pumping his fists and went onto the field to pat Martial and later hugged him to congratulate him for his brilliant display.

The relationship between Mourinho and Martial looked to have hit the rock when, after leaving the team’s pre-season tour to be with his expectant wife, the Frenchman was fined by the former Chelsea and Real Madrid head coach.

However, their compassion moments at Stamford Bridge during the Chelsea game had many away supporters simply excited – with some even reduced to tears.
