All set for Maguire deal

Manchester United is set to fund the transfer of £65m Harry Maguire deal by selling of Marcos Rojo according to Dailymail. The club is on the brink of bring the English defender to United to shore up the defence.

The Leicester city defender has been a top target for United following his outstanding performance at  the  recently concluded World cup.

Maguire is aware of the speculation and admits that he harbours ambitions of playing at the very top of the game, telling The Sun: “Every player wants to play at the highest level.

“I’ve just come back from playing at a World Cup, where I really enjoyed the high pressure of the games. It was something that I really thrived off.

“Leicester have been unbelievable to me and I’m really happy there but I’m also an ambitious player and everyone wants to play at the top.”

United offers him the opportunity to play in the Champions League if he eventually moves to the Manchester club.

Marcos Rojo have not cemented his place at the back and could be leaving the club with Mourinho desperate to get all signing before the close of the transfer window.

Mourinho has sanctioned the move for right back Darmian if his valuation is met.
