Real Madrid and Germany international midfielder Toni Kroos has emerged as target for Manchester United in January transfer window.
According to report from the Express, the La Liga giants are willing to offload the highly technical midfielder to Manchester United in a bid to raise funds for long-term target Nermar Jr.
Nermar joined PSG last summer in a world record fee of £198m and now Madrid wants the former Barcelona star to replace seemingly aging Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo
A move for the Brazilian wizard will reportedly see the Galaticos have to balance the book in order not to fall under the sledge hammer of Financial Fair Play regulation.
Jose Mourinho is determined to strengthen his squad this January and a move for Kroos could turn their season campaign around.
Highly creative and tough tackling World Cup Winner will add spark to United midfield.
Speaking in recent interview, United legend Paul Scholes suggests either Kroos or team mate Luka Modric would be a good addition to United squad.
“Paul Pogba is not the player who all of a sudden makes a team tick like Luka Modric or a Toni Kroos. He told BT Sports.
“Pogba is being asked to do that job and that’s not his best role for me.”
However, Madrid would likely wait for the end of the season before sanctioning the move but a pre-agreement negotiation could be on.
