Manchester United will play host to newly promoted Premier League club Brighton this Saturday at Old Trafford.
The Red Devil had a disappointing outing over the midweek in which they were beaten 1-0 by Swiss club Basel in the UEFA Champions League game.
However, they will be expected to bounce back from that defeat and secure the three maximum points against Brighton in other to remain a major contender for the league title.
United are currently second on the league table with 26 points and eight points behind league leader Manchester City.
With the likes of Paul Pogba, Marcos Rojo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic all back in action, Jose Mourinho has a near-full squad to choose from.
Spain international goalie David de Gea was rested in the midweek game against Basel but he is expected to return to the goal post this weekend.
Both Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia are also expected at both wing-backs while Smalling and Rojo will be expected to be at the centre of defense.
Phil Jones won’t be ready for a return though Eric Bailly could be in contention after recovering from a knock. Bailly is expected to start from the bench.
Powerful box-to-box midfielder Paul Pogba will be expected to partner former Chelsea duo Nemanja Mantic and Juan Mata at the midfield, while Ibrahimovic picks the nod over Romeru Lukaku at the number nine spot.
Anthony Martial has been on fine form in recent time and as a result, he should start at the left wing while Marcus Rashford plays from the right flank.
