Radamel Falcao keen to secure permanent deal with United

Radamel Falcao has reiterated that he wants to stay at Manchester United for “many years” when his loan stint comes to an end at the end of the 2014/15 season.

The Colombian joined Manchester United from AS Monaco on a season-long loan on transfer deadline day in September.

Recent reports have claimed that United have already agreed to pay the striker £250,000-a-week wages in a £43.5m transfer at the end of the season.

Speaking with MUTV, Falcao said:

“Me and my family are happy here and we would like to stay for many years at Manchester United

The 28-year-old scored his first goal for United against Everton yesterday, in what turned out to be the winner in their 2-1 victory at Old Trafford.
