Possibly the craziest rumor you will hear on transfer deadline day is Monaco striker Radamel Falcao signing with Manchester United. While the rumor doesn’t make much sense to the naked eye as United have more pressing needs, it does have some merit to it.
It comes from Columbian-based reporter Saris Bello, who, ironically enough is followed by Falcao himself on twitter, claims the deal is worth 65 million Euros and Falcao will sign a 4-year deal.
(Con) ManUnited bought @FALCAO for 65M Euros, he will be playing for 4 seasons and will be the player best payed in the Premier League (2/2)

According to the report, Falcao will fly into Manchester on Monday morning and will take his medical. Once he passes, the player will be presented to the world with manager Louis Van Gaal.
Falcao is one of the world’s most lethal strikers. He scored 41 goals in 51 matches for FC Porto before moving to Atletico Madrid, where the Columbian scored 52 goals in 68 matches. Most recently, he played with Monaco in Ligue 1 and scored 11 goals in 20 games before getting injured which also forced him to miss the World Cup.
Besides Manchester United, it was been reported that Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester City are looking to at possibly signing Falcao to a deal.
