In the past couple of days we all have seen at-least one paper linking Arturo Vidal to Manchester United. The speculation grew even more when Louis van Gaal admits that he admires Vidal.
But why should Manchester United purchase Arturo Vidal this summer for a such a large amount of money, lots of reports suggestion Manchester United will offer over £45million, maybe even up to £60million to sign the Juventus midfielder this summer.
In the past years Manchester United’s midfield has not been as strong as other top European clubs. Louis van Gaal knows this and this is why he has already purchased Ander Herrera this summer to bolster the midfield for Manchester United. But Manchester United have been lacking a strong holding midfielder that can pass, tackle, score and run with the ball from box to box. Arturo Vidal can do all of these things, that’s why he is generally known at an all round midfielder. He has proven this in the 2014 World Cup over in Brazil.
