Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez is unsure about his future at Old Trafford, stating that he honestly does not know what the future holds in the week when the club announced that their new manager is Louis van Gaal.
Hernandez, otherwise known as the little pea, is currently preparing for this summers World Cup over in Brazil with Mexico, but it is his club future that is in doubt.
Speaking with reporters in Mexico, the 25-year-old striker said:
“My future could be decided tomorrow, a little after, inside three months, (I could) stay there (in Manchester), I don’t honestly know…
Hernandez did go onto to say that at this time his main focus is on the Mexico national side, but that his people will be working on whether he is to stay at Old Trafford or move on to further his career with regular playing time. He added:
“My people are working it out
“I’m here trying to be 100 percent focused.”
With Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck all ahead of Javier Hernandez as first choice, it maybe time for the loveable Mexican to move on. As Louis van Gaal is also a big fan of youth, James Wilson might also be given a chance to impress next season rather than Hernandez.
Do you think that we have seen the best of Javier Hernandez?
