Premier League giants Manchester United are prepared to activate the €18million buy out clause of Sevilla midfield maestro Pablo Sarabia for what might be their first January transfer signing.
The 26-year-old midfielder has been of a bloomer lately, hitting form recently in the Spanish La Liga with 8 goals and 6 assists from midfield so far this campaign.
Considering his most recent form and cheap valuation, the Red Devils are preparing to try their luck with a bid in the January transfer window.
However, this may be tough to actualize as they would face stiff competition from La Liga giants Real Madrid, as per Football Espana.
Still, both teams should now get the opportunity to discuss a contract with Pablo Sarabia, and regular football opportunity may well be easier for him to come by if he picks Old Trafford over Santiago Bernabeu.
The Spaniard has formerly had a stint with Real Madrid’s B side, so may well be interested in taking up the chance to prove himself at the side again.
Manchester United have been connected with other midfield players recently, and that might be a decent option for them considering some rough form from the likes of Brazil international midfielder Fred recently.
Still, it also not a role in urgent need of major reinforcement, surely in comparison to the sides options in attack or at the centre of defence.
Only time will tell if the Sevilla midfielder will complete a move to Old Trafford in the January transfer window or not.
