United desperate to fend off interest on players

Manchester United closed their summer signing way too early. Although there were last push for a central defender, the move didn’t fall through. Reportedly, Englishman and Leicester city defender Harry  Maguire was on top list all through the summer window.

As it stands, United is believed to keep all players till January due to their inability ti sign on any replacement.

According to the Metro, wantaway stars like Matteo Darmian and Marcos Rojo would like be part of the till January transfer window.

Earlier on, it was rumored that Matteo Darmian have been told he can leave the club once the right offer comes.  The Italian joined Man Utd in 2015 was signed by former united coach Louis Van Gal. The right back is now considered to be part of the team as United failed in landing any of their transfer targets.

On the other hand, Rojo would also be staying put despite interest from Turkish giant- Fenerbahce. United were defeated by Brighton in Match day 2.

The Limelight was on the defensive mistakes caused by Eric Bailey and Victor Linderlof during the match. Mourinho is keen to improve the defense aspect of his team and would prefer to have stability in his team for now.
