However, events ever since the Portuguese took over from Van Gaal have shown that he is capable of playing the youngsters provided they are good evough. Both Rashford and Lingaard have enjoyed ample playing time under Mourinho.
And news emanating from the Dutchman this afternoon seems to further put the fears many had about Mourinho to rest. For according to reports by Ajax Showtime as reported by daily star, Manchester United have snapped up highly rated Ajax Amsterdam winger Millen Baars.
The player will officially become a Manchester United player in January, should he pass a medical. He has reportedly decided to leave Ajax after a disagreement with his coaches at the Dutch club. The player’s family are said to have already arrived Manchester to house hunt as they will also be moving to England with him. This news if true means United under Mourinho are certainly not going to abandoned the club’s age long policy of giving young players a chance to play for the first team.
