Free coach travel for Manchester United fans travelling to Wembley

Manchester United have announced that free coach travel is available for all fans wishing to travel from Old Trafford to Wembley for the FA Cup semi-final clash with Everton on Saturday 23rd April.

A statement from the club reads: “Due to limited transport options after the game, Manchester United have arranged free coach travel for fans wishing to make the round trip from Old Trafford to Wembley Stadium, as a thank you for your continued support throughout the season.”

Due to engineering work, there will not be any trains departing London Euston for Manchester after full time (or potentially extra time) on Saturday evening, and given the anodyne, low-on-entertainment football United have often offered this season, this will be a welcome gesture to those with tickets to the semi-final who were planning on using public transport to see the game. The club has received a 31,606 ticket allocation for the match.
