Shinji Kagawa has moved from Manchester United back to his former club Borussia Dortmund in a four-year deal, handing United €8million for the Japanese midfielder.
According to Bild, both clubs came to the agreement on Sunday afternoon in a secret location over in Germany.
Shinji Kagawa flew out from Manchester on Thursday to Dortmund to discuss the personal terms within the transfer, all is now agreed and Borussia Dotrtmund are set to unveil their new signing on Monday afternoon.
After Manchester United’s pre-season tour of the US, new manager Louis van Gaal said that “He [Kagawa] does not play in my philosophy.”
On Saturday, Manchester United confirmed the signing of Daley Blind.
