On the day where new Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal is due to arrive at Carrington for the first time, United defender Rafael de Silva has posted a photograph of himself on social networking website Instagram with the words ‘Let’s go two sessions.’
Manchester United have been doing two training sessions a day under the instructions of Louis van Gaal for the past 10-days, taken by assistant manager Ryan Giggs.
Today is a big day for Manchester United, with Louis van Gaal meeting most of the squad for the first time. The new United manager will take part in a press conference on Thursday afternoon at Old Trafford before the squad fly out to the USA on Friday to start their pre-season tour.
